registered office at Building 19, Amangeldi Imanov Street, Baikonyr District, Astana 010000, Kazakhstan, operates the website
foyerbot.com. For personal data processed through this website, Foyer is the
data controller.

This policy covers only this website. It does not describe how patient conversations are handled when a clinic uses the Foyer platform — that is covered by our Patient Privacy Notice, written for patients of clinics that use us. Our relationship with clinics is governed by contract, not by this page.
1. What this website collects
Very little.
Server logs. When you open any page, our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical logs: IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps, and the requested URL. These logs exist to deliver pages to you and to defend the site against abuse; we rely on our legitimate interests for this. We do not use them to build profiles or identify you. Logs are retained for 7 days, after which they expire automatically.
No cookies. This site sets no cookies at all — no analytics, no advertising trackers, no embeds from social networks. We verified this rather than assumed it; there is nothing to consent to, so there is no consent banner. If we ever add a login area for clinics, it will set one strictly necessary session cookie and this section will change first.
Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep your message, your contact details, and our reply for 24 months after the correspondence ends, to answer you and keep a record of what was agreed. So that we notice and answer you promptly, a copy of incoming email — including its text — is relayed to a private staff chat on Telegram. Telegram and our other providers are listed at foyerbot.com/subprocessors.
2. Demo generator (applies once launched)
We are preparing a feature that lets a visitor enter their clinic's website address and receive a temporary demonstration agent built on that site's public content. When it launches: we will process the URL you submit, publicly visible content of that website, and your IP address (to apply rate limits), and store the resulting demo knowledge base for 30 days before automatic deletion. This paragraph is here before the feature exists, not after. Until then, no part of this site accepts input beyond an email you choose to send.
3. Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a copy in portable form, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Write to Kirill Artemev, privacy@foyerbot.com.
We answer within 10 calendar days. That deadline is our internal operating standard across all markets we serve — stricter than most laws require — because running one honest deadline beats maintaining seven different ones.
Where local law gives you the right to complain to a data protection authority, you may do so at any time (the supervisory authority of your own country). We would, however, appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
4. Changes
We update this policy when the site changes and revise the date below. Previous versions are archived and available on request.
